Through images and analytical texts, the book shows how Miralda reinterpreted military iconography, exploring irony, repetition, and absurdity as tools for social critique. Key pieces such as Bien/Mal (1966) and Soldats à la lessive (1967) are included, reflecting his ability to transform symbols of authority into objects of questioning.

Published by La Fábrica and edited by Ignasi Duarte, the book BOOOM 1962–1972 presents previously unpublished material that connects with the present in a disturbing way.
