Archivio 10: The Design Issue

In this issue of 'ARCHIVIO', editors Jasper Morrison and Marco Sammicheli offer a snapshot of the global design archive landscape, exploring the diverse typologies and influences in the design world. The issue is divided into three sections: 'Organizations,' 'Brands,' and 'Designers & Creatives.' The 'Organizations' section features institutions, museums, and foundations that showcase or preserve iconic design objects. 'Brands' highlights the archival treasures of globally influential companies, while 'Designers & Creatives' showcases visionary figures whose work reflects society's needs and inspirations. The issue also includes a special poster: an (in)complete map of Italian design archives.
