The Latin proverb De gustibus non disputandum, meaning "in matters of taste, there can be no disputes was"chosen as the title of Antoni Miralda's retrospective at the MNCARS modern art museum in Madrid. It sparks reflection on a multifaceted artistic production that transports the viewer, with irony and humor, from the object to grand ceremonial celebrations, from private to public space, from the intimate to the monumental, and from the local to the universal.
